John Lovallo

John is the senior US Homebuilding and Building Products equity research analyst at UBS. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the senior US Homebuilding and Building Products equity research analyst at Bank of America since 2015, with his team earning II runner up recognition in both 2019 and 2020. Before transitioning to Homebuilding and Building Products, John spent 8 years on the US Automotive equity research team at BofA, with a focus on the OEMs, suppliers and aftermarket component manufacturers. Prior to BofA, John was a member of the Computer Services and IT Consulting equity research team at Prudential Equity Group, a Performance Analyst at Citigroup Asset Management and a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and Prudential Securities. John received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA from American University. He earned the right to use the CFA designation in 2008.
