With 6-inch full HD and OLED display (1080 × 2340). The refresh rate is 90Hz and it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 display protection. One of its key features is the wireless charging feature of the Google Pixel 5. It comes with 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128 GB storage which can be extended using micro SD card. Made of aluminum body, the Pixel 5 is water and dust resistant. It supports dual SIM card (eSIM + Nano-SIM).
The dual rear camera is equipped with 12.2MP primary sensor and 16MP secondary sensor. The front camera is of 8 MP camera. Both selfie and rear camera support 4K video recording. It supports 4G, 5G with 802.11ac WiFi connectivity standard. This version 5.0 uses Bluetooth and has a Type-C USB port. It comes with a 6.2-inch full HD OLED display (1080 × 2340 pixels). The display is protected by Corning Glass 3 protection and the pixel density of the display is 413ppi. It supports dual SIM features with an eSIM and a nano-SIM. It works on Android 11 and comes with 6GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB storage. Storage cannot be expanded. For its camera specifications, it uses a dual rear camera with 12.2MP primary sensor and 16MP secondary sensor. The selfie camera is 8MP. The camera supports 4K video recording.
It supports 4G, 5G LTE and 802.11ac WiFi standard. Bluetooth 5.0 version. There is a Type-C USB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a fingerprint sensor on its back. There are more sensors like barometer, magnetometer, proximity sensor, accelerometer and ambient light. It has two microphones and a stereo speaker. The battery is 3,885 mAh with 18W fast charging. It does not have wireless charging facility.
Both Pixel phones use Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC with Titan M security chip.
