Available from July 2, Airtel Black offers one DTH connection and two postpaid mobile connections for Rs 998. Apart from this, the combo of three mobile connections and one DTH connection can be availed for Rs 1,349. Customers can also get one fiber connection and two postpaid mobile connections for Rs 1,589 per month. The most expensive plan is Rs 2,099, which offers three mobile connections, one fiber connection and one DTH connection.
If you don’t want to go for a fixed plan, Airtel also gives you the option to bundle two or more of your services in your Airtel Black plan. However, this program does not apply to Airtel prepaid connections.
Customers opting for the Airtel Black program will get a single bill, after which they will not need to pay separately for their different services. Apart from this, they will not have to wait for different dates for bill payment for different services. It certainly sounds quite convenient. Not only this, the company has also promised to provide a priority service, which will connect you with a customer care representative within 60 seconds of calling you. Apart from this, it has also been claimed that the TV connection of Airtel Black users will never be disconnected, complaints will be resolved on priority basis and they will also be given the benefit of free service visit.
The company will also provide Xstream Box set-top-box to Airtel Black customers for a refundable amount of Rs 1,500.
Customers can avail Airtel Black fixed plan under the new program by giving a missed call to 8826655555 or can bundle two or more Airtel services as per their choice. Airtel is also giving a chance to be a part of this program directly through the Airtel Thanx app. Also, customers can visit their nearest Airtel store to avail the Airtel Black program.
