“‘Depart Ukraine now.’”
The U.S. embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, is urging Americans to leave the country in a fresh warning as Ukraine prepares to mark its Independence Day amid the ongoing Russian war.
In a security alert, the embassy said the U.S. State Department has information that Russia is increasing its efforts to launch strikes against civilian infrastructure and government facilities in Ukraine “in the coming days.”
