Expressing strong displeasure over this, Ravi Shankar Prasad made several tweets one after the other. On this matter, he said, “Twitter’s action was one of the gross violations of Rule 4 (8) of the Information Technology (Intermediate Guidelines and Digital Media Code of Conduct) Rules, 2021. He said that Twitter did not give me any notice. before blocking.

Ravi Shankar Prasad further wrote, “It is clearly visible that the statements made by me against the arrogant attitude and arbitrary steps of Twitter and especially the clip of my interview given to TV channels in this regard has been shared and are amazed by their tremendous impact.

Shashi Tharoor said- reply will be sought from Twitter
Congress leader and chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on IT Shashi Tharoor has said that a reply will be sought from Twitter. Tharoor tweeted, “As the Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology, I can say that we will seek clarification from Twitter India Ravi Shankar Prasad and the rules and procedure for blocking my account and operating in India.”
